Brad's remarkable journey spans nearly three decades in the dynamic realm of marketing and communications. With unwavering dedication, he has honed his skills as a seasoned strategist and coach. His professional odyssey showcases diverse roles, including executive director positions for two nonprofits, board membership, and leadership in community-driven problem-solving initiatives.

As a college instructor, Brad empowered students to delve deep into the intricacies of human behavior through an array of psychology courses. Within the wine industry, his versatility shone through various roles, from cellar operations to winemaker assistant, where he deftly managed marketing programs, supervised vineyard operations, and orchestrated unforgettable events, ultimately spearheading the growth of a robust wholesale program.

Brad's dynamic background encompasses pivotal marketing, community relations, public relations, and communications positions for wineries and nonprofit organizations. With nearly a decade dedicated to his marketing and communications strategist and coach role, Brad brings a treasure trove of knowledge and hands-on expertise to his clients. Most recently, Brad is the co-owner of Blue Earth Medicine, a naturopathic medical clinic located in Wenatchee, WA where is serves as the practice manager.

His academic pursuits culminated in bachelor's and master's degrees from Central Michigan University. At the same time, his doctoral journey at the University of Idaho's College of Natural Resources has finely honed his mastery of communication theory and its practical applications.
